1. Setting up and managing the IT Infrastructure & operations of the Hotel, according to set policies and guidelines, including Hardware – servers, PCs, network switches, routers, Access points, modems, Laser and network printers, KOT & Bill printers etc.
2. Software – Hotel applications Opera, Shawman POS Gold, FCS, WSUS, Atempo Backup Solution, Symantec Endpoint Protection, other applications such as, Biometric attendance machine.
3. Liaise with Corporate IT, Projects department and vendors for the successful implementation of new systems in the Hotel.
Managing daily IT systems jobs such as support to users on Applications, guest Calls, user’s backup, network issues, data management, data analysis, preventive maintenance, maintaining logs, OS updating, etc
