I have the ability to write clearly, think outside the box, and positively impact the potential sale. When competing for sales and/or services, that ability is not only crucial, it can become the determining factor in the growth of the company. The person who writes the proposal, makes the sales pitch, and/or presents the offer, to the recipient of their labor, they could very well be perceived to be the image of the vendor. That is why it is crucial for the writer to clearly express the intentions of the vendor.
