I have experience of writing 'Head note' for judgments delivered by Courts, as such reader, legal professionals and other desirous people of reading judgments can sort out relevant judgments for their purpose only by reading 'Head note' which is only 5-10 % of the whole judgment. Thus they do not have to read whole judgments and so time and labour can be saved by them.
