For personal reasons he moved. He is hired at an outbound contact center as a telephone operator, focused on closing appointments and contracts. In the following months, he won the title of Team Leader and Sales Manager for Croatia, managing two different locations and a team of over 35 people. It deals with the selection of new candidates, the training of telephone operators, and the management of customers crucial to business development. As evidence of the more than remarkable successes ringed one after the other, he wins the ITA-CRO Business Reward 2018 award, enriching the company with new services aimed at expanding on the territory. The career path undergoes a further impulse towards improvement when he is recruited by one of the largest IT companies globally as Sales Manager. Here he has the opportunity to put his experience to good use again, collaborating, and cultivating relationships with the major players on the market. He thus became an expert in Enterprise sales and in the architecture of communication solutions for various business departments, specializing in the implementation of the omnichannel solution, in particular global CRM, SaaS, and partnerships. Despite the exponential growth, the focus of its modus operandi remains always the same: the customer and his needs, keeping the basic objective of maximizing the results required. Today he continues to pursue his dream. Collaborate daily with customers at the European and non-European levels, helping them to achieve their goals.
