I have a degree in Food and Nutrition Science, as well as experience consulting clients on their dietary needs. I believe a holistic approach is the basis for a healthy lifestyle, but can often be complimented by modern medicine. I have experience in minimizing the symptoms of autoimmune disorders such as Multiple Sclerosis and Crohn's disease through anti-inflammatory diets, as well as aiding in weight loss/gain. I have worked in both Chemistry and Nutrition research labs, so I am more than comfortable writing technical works.
