I represent multiple healthcare companies as corporate counsel. My duties include contract drafting and review for agreements with HMOs, developing training and compliance materials, compliance audits, advise healthcare providers and ownership regarding health care operations, compliance, transactions, and litigation issues, including HIPAA, MIPPA, CLIA, False Claims Act, Stark, anti-kickback, government investigations and subpoenas, and medical staff issues.
