I have worked with the 2nd largest telecommunications in Australia for 3 years. I am a graduate of Information Technology and I have focused on Networking. I took up Cisco classes and planning to take up CCNA certification. My interest with networking gives me the eagerness to learn more. For a year in TPG I was a technical support representative and got promoted as the teams point of person. My main duty was to make sure all the troubleshooting done by our team is right and they provide first call resolution. I make sure that all raised tickets to the Engineering team is valid and would not cause delay of resolution.
