Destiny was just 14 when she went on the UK singing show and wowed the judges singing Aretha Franklin in her audition.
Now an adult, Destiny has a very glamorous look and often shares pictures of herself in stunning gowns as she continues to have a successful singing career.
Her Eurovision song contest track Je Me Casse went straight to number one in Malta and placed in the charts in the rest of Europe.
Speaking about the message behind the song, Destiny explained: “I chose "Je Me Casse" because the message of the song is all about female empowerment.
“It's all about women out there knowing their worth, knowing they are beautiful, knowing they deserve the world and to believe in themselves by feeling confident in themselves and in their own skin.
“I think women need to start supporting each other much more and we need women to love one another, accept and push each other to work hard and achieve their dreams.”
Destiny’s dad is Nigerian former footballer Ndubisi Chukunyere.
