I have a wide range of experience in customer service and talking to people. I have worked in the Outsourced Call Center Industry as customer service specialist which developed my communication skills.I have worked with banking,technical support for ISP and mobile phones. This experience gave me skills that I am very much eager to apply with this job. I also have leadership experience as I worked as a trainer in a Call Center environment. My role as a trainer is to facilitate classroom training and then act as Coach during nesting. I worked for a Realtor for more than a year where I do the following : Transaction Coordination ( filling up Trade Records and submit to conveyancing) Ordering Signs (This will be for signs up and signs down) Ordering Lockboxes Order feature sheets for the team and new listings Order Call service for new listings Order pictures for the team Manage Social Media presence (post listings in social media accounts) Create Virtual Tours CMAs Equity Evaluations Writing Offers/Counteroffers Closing Worksheets Market Updates MLS - enter new listings, and create searches for new Leads Document processing (MS Office suite) and other general clerical tasks CRM management Keeping DropBox files organized Do a monthly expired listings report Answer phone calls and relay info to Realtor
