Tern Designs has been able to design a Civil 3D XML script of the Ministry of Works Roads’ manual in Uganda. This has helped Highway Engineers and Highway Engineering companies to design roads accurately, in time, and with minimal variations from the requirements of road design from the Ministry of Works of Uganda.
