I have worked as a Technical Support Representative for almost 2 years and as a Customer Service Representative for at least 12 months. I prefer to apply for a non-voice position because I feel it's more stress-free kind of job than having a voice support position. Right now, we are managing our start-up businesses such as retail/trading where we are selling different kinds of korean and bangkok footwear for women. With my husband support and dedication, it's been running smoothly for almost 2 years. The other one is payment center where we only got small commissions for every payment transaction and it's based here in our house. I am hard working and competitive. I am also interested in learning new things that would help me improve my skills. Online interaction with your clients is something that I can effectively assist you with. My skills are quite great and you will not regret working with me. My motivation to earn is high since I am raising 4 children and 3 of them are studying. As for the availability, I am willing to work immediately and I am available everyday, morning, afternoon and on most nights. I have my own internet connection so I am online most of the time, which is a great advantage. I am more than willing to adjust and learn new knowledge for the benefit of the job as required.
