My duties and Responsibilities as an english online teaching is to give the best quaity teaching to my asian student. to teach them depending on their level of understanding. explaining each words and expressions in a simplest way. having a long patience since most of the students are having a hard time understanding and speaking in english. giving encouragement for them to study hard and put more effort on studying.
