Virtual Customer Support Staff (Project-based) July 31, 2019 – August 18, 2019

• Responsible in full access on the client’s Shopify website in line with the following task in making orders, dropping out stocks out on the inventory, updating inventory in the system, placing order for the VIP customers, updating customer files, and etc.
• Responsible in ensuring that all customers’ concerns are answered and delivered by taking, receiving and making calls and chat via platform.
• Maintaining, communicating and acknowledging a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards all customers at all times.
• Knowing our products inside and out in order to answer the customer’s questions promptly. 
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
