Once they have thought that through they can email it to you so you know exactly what they’re looking for. With this app, Wish Lists from all your customers can be kept in one place. And, as you show them homes, they can easily update their Wish List and resend the latest version. After receiving the Wish List, you may send back a list of homes to consider. We have been advised by many seasoned agents, and we understand how busy you are, so we kept this step as simple as possible. All you need is to enter 3-4 items: Street Address & Town, Price, Taxes and HOA fees if applicable and tap on SEND. An email will be automatically generated from you to your customer with the information you just listed. Since it’s a regular email you can add notes and links to MLS listings, just as you normally would. An added benefit is that a record of ALL the homes you’ve shown each customer is kept on your app so you can always refer to it, and your customer also sees all the homes they’ve been shown so they can see how hard you’ve worked.
