I am a hospitality professional with over 20 years of experience primarily in the luxury sector.  My background spans Service Training, Leadership Development, Human Resources, Risk Management, Hotel Openings and Project Management. My training methodology enabled The Peninsula New York to achieve the Forbes 5-Star designation.  I successfully opened the William Vale Hotel in Brooklyn, NY. I have taught hospitality management and law at New York University and New York City College of Technology. I am fluent in Spanish and Greek; proficient in Mandarin Chinese.
