I am a seasoned training professional with 10+ years of fulfilling experience in hospitality & F&B retail sector. By qualification, I am a hotel management graduate with an MBA in HRD. My major work has been into training management, training needs analysis, planning & execution, content development and training delivery, while being in full time jobs as Training Manager. I have also conducted training for colleges, several 5 star hotels and top skin & make up brands on a project basis. My core expertise has been into Soft Skills, Personality Development, Core Hospitality Training, Customer Service, Selling Skills, Communication, Grooming & Presentation, Service Quality and Product training. While I have considerable amount of experience in training delivery, I am equally recognized for my content development abilities. I have designed and developed several Manuals, SOPs, Quality Programs and Management Development Programs during my tenure.
