This is Idrees as a house planner, my job is to help clients achieve their visions of their ideal homes. I work closely with them to understand their style preferences, design ideas, and space requirements. Whether they are looking to build a new home or renovate an existing one, I provide customized house plans that meet their needs.

My role involves assessing the property, analyzing zoning requirements and regulations, and creating a comprehensive design plan that outlines the building's exterior and interior details. 

I also provide 3D renderings and visualizations that allow clients to visualize their dream homes before construction begins.

I utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software and other digital tools to create detailed floor plans, layouts, and elevations. 

As a freelance house planner, I pride myself on being creative, detail-oriented, and flexible. I stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and materials to ensure that my clients are getting the most innovative and sustainable solutions.
