Job Description:
a. Talent Acquisition
Identifying, attracting and on boarding top talent to efficiently and effectively meet dynamic business needs.
Manage the recruitment process, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.
Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles
Accountable for managing the mid and Senior Leadership level recruitment function for various practices from search, selection, assessment and on boarding activities.
Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment.

b. Compensation Management:
Manage monthly disbursement of multi-state payroll, including benefits, Statutory Compliance and taxes.
Ensure the processing of new hires, temporary workers, transfers, promotions
Critically review and analyze current payroll, benefits and tax procedures in order to recommend and implement changes leading to best-practice operation
Processing end to end pay roll in a "Reylonsaral pay pack" soft ware.

c.Statutory Compliance:
Dealing with all Social Security Schemes - Provident Fund & ESI.
Provident Fund monthly Statement Preparation, ECR, Settlement and transfers
ESI Monthly statement preparation , payments, temporary id card issue and guiding Employees.
Dealing with other than social security Schemes – Contract Labour Act, BOCW Act and Shops and Establishment Act.
All registration, renewals and returns under the various act other than social security Schemes.
d. Performance Management System (PMS):
Annual appraisal & Confirmation appraisal process
Analyze the appraisal rating & its impact on promotion & increment & ensure its Confidentiality
Prepare confidential report on financial impact through hike and submission to Management
e. HRIS:
Maintain up-to-date recruitment progress report, talent database and all related staffing communication for smooth running of HRIS.
Monitor & Ensure Regular and timely update of database for personnel records (personal details, position, salary, appraisal outcomes, and leave records) for correct and just-in-time information required on employee status.
Ensuring all employee personal files are updated with necessary documentation.
f. MIS & Analysis
Preparing and presenting the Weekly/Monthly/Annual Reports pertaining to Payroll Recruitment.
Responsible for monthly HR review reports related to Headcount, Attrition, Hiring, Cost, etc.
Reviews & Dashboards related to Monthly performance and Attrition analysis
