I am a Lance Corporal in the Marine Corps Reserves and my job tittle in the military is an Administrative Specialist. My job entails writing correspondence, data entry, and some form of HR. When I do correspondence I am typically given a template to used or given information and then I typically email it to my higher up so they can then send it where it needs to be. For data entry I receive data from either a site or my higher ups to then input into a different site, an excel spreadsheet, or elsewhere. We also take care of other Marines pay issues and changing their personal information in the system if need be.
