(Dubai)Internationally Experienced HR and Administrative Professional with following duties and responsibilities: •Assist in releasing recruiting advertisement, conduct, and schedule recruitment interviews. File Management and Administration task Data Keeping and Data Entry • Interface with candidates for documents and visa processing. • Work closely with the PRO to ensure all visas, employment permits, employee IDs and other processes are conducted efficiently and within required timelines. • Ensure safekeeping and maintenance of all employee related files and records. • Ensure compliance with statutory provisions with respect to people practices and processes administration. • Supports the smooth operation of departments like maintaining records for disciplinary meetings, files, taking minutes of the disciplinary meetings. • Help manage and monitor the Human Resource Information system effectively to ensure that correct and complete information is stored in the system and is used effectively for the benefit of the organization. • Enable management of employee requests on an on-going basis. These may include but not limited to vacation requests, transfers, employee certificates, etc. Help manage and monitor the employee separation process, thereby ensuring the smooth exit of the employee from the organization. This includes managing activities such as full and final settlement, etc. • Follow up on Probationary reviews of 3 months and 6 months to be done and file the probationary forms in order to be easy to retrieve. • Support in objective administration of the performance appraisal process and accuracy in feedback collation. • Support in the tracking of performance management and present reports on a regular basis to the management. • Plan, direct and control purchasing and maintenance of company assets such as company Staff accommodations, Travel and Transport and to provide all administrative support services.
