Ever since I got out of the Army in 2012 I have lead a successful career in sales, real estate, and recruiting. For the past 3 years I have been working as a recruiter in both the civilian sector as well as the non-profit sector. I speak with clients and candidates all across the US on a daily basis making sure all parties involved are well informed and excited about the opportunities ahead. Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs. Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport. Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications. Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
