Provide consult and guidance to businesses and ensures that an organization’s human capital serves the best interests of the company. Work with business leaders to define a company’s HR issues, goals and requirements. Develop and establish HR models and strategies. Develop, revise, and implement HR policies and procedures. Produce and incorporate training and development programs for employee performance. Ensuring HR programs are in compliance with current employment law and regulations.
