HUMAN RESOURCES • Interpreting policies and procedures to ensure the organization’s vision, mission and goals are achieved. • Investigating and providing guidance on employee relations’ issues through progressive disciplinary process. • Counseling and mentoring employees and Management team to provide impartial determination to employee issues and to seek an effective resolution. • Responsible for development, coordination and presentation of training programs for employees. • Evaluating, revising, developing and executing all policies and procedures for the organization. • Planning and managing training programs for all employees regarding safety. • Planning and executing events for employee recognition. • Presenting suggestions to the management from employee’s point of view, and balancing interests of both employees and employers. CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT • Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the company encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty. • Conducting business reviews to ensure that the customers are satisfied with the products and services provided by the company. • Building and maintaining relationships with the customers and key personnel within the customer companies. • Alerting the sales team to opportunities for further sales within the key customers. • Planning and organizing campaigns to retain customers. • Identifying the buying influences and requirements of the customers and accordingly planning on cross-selling or up-selling based on customer behavioral patterns. • Working with the marketing department to run campaigns and generate leads. • Working with the sales team to assign leads and study the conversion rate of leads. • Analyzing the leads that are not converted into orders and tracking opportunities to acquire customers.
