I have almost 20 years of HR experience and have won numerous awards for my work in designing HR programs, including the Workforce Optimus, Brandon Hall, CLO Learning in Practice, CandE, and Asia Best Employer Brand awards. . I am a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt with experience in HRIS, Continuous Improvement (CI) and Customer Experience (CX), HR Shared Services (I implemented a global HR Shared Services Center for a Fortune 500 Tech company), Global Learning, Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing, Employee Engagement, Onboarding, and Employee Experience (EX).
