I have two years of experience as junior HR executive at a consultancy firm and India's one of the largest garment exports Shahi Exports Pvt Ltd. My job wanted to source appropriate candidates, cold calling , and give offer letters. I was in a role involved working on word and excel spreadsheets requiring excellent communication skills to disseminate the information to the entire organization. One of the major part of my role was creating talent management directory and talent mapping exercise across all the departments. This included creating deficit role directories , analyzing man power requirments and talent level planning for FY.
