Vineet is an HR Professional with around 25 years of experience in “Leading and Vineet is an expert in setting up of the greenfield projects which involves understanding the business imperatives, creating strong milestone-based delivery framework and then scaling up the systems to deliver in the record time. In last 25 years, he has worked for 5 companies (out of this, 4 were greenfield/early growth Companies). He has recently finished project in Middle East where he was Chief Human Resources Officer for more than 5 years with the largest private university, having 1000 employees from 60 different nationalities. Prior to shifting to Middle East, he was the ‘Founding Member’ of Tata Sky where he was instrumental in setting up HR from the scratch for them. Currently, Vineet is handling multiple assignments in the areas of Organization Design, Developing PMS, Creating Competency & Reward Framework & setting up of HR Processes. Though Vineet is industry agnostic, his current assignments are in Automobile,Telecommunication, ITES & e-commerce sectors.
