I have a Ph.D. in Science(Psychology) and I have 25 years of experience in teaching, training, therapy, research, designing programs, consutancy, selection and recruitment, interviewing, counseling, developing psychological tests, administration and analysis of existing psychometric tests, etc. I have undertaken selection and recruitment for multinational companies. I have been a consultant to several industries, IT companies, and organizations. I have designed and developed need-based software packages for training and testing.
