Develop & implement recruitment strategies and initiatives.

Experience with leading change management initiatives to introduce new processes & deliver training/education.
Knowledgeable with best practices for staffing and recruiting strategies, compensation (salary, bonuses, stock options), organizational development and effectiveness.
Perform immigration recruitment, ensuring compliance.
