I bring over twenty years of Human Resources expertise, having served equal portions of my career in US multinational pharmaceutical companies and in United Nation agencies. During my career I have managed multi-cultural staff and have held international postings in both Europe and the Middle East. While I have competencies in all areas of Human Resources, I have particular expertise in the area of compensation and remuneration in large Fortune 100 companies like, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Upjohn (Pfizer) and Washington Group International.
