My strengths consist of my flexibility in change, attention to the rules and regulations and the ability to multi-task. I enjoy interaction with employees, clients and customers and a complex issue to solve. My experience in defined contribution, 401(k), human resources recruiting and compliance, outsourcing, business analyst processes, and payroll have provided me with well-rounded experiences. I am independent and functional with very little instruction.
