I am President of my consulting firm. I am a two person operation. I deliver all services directly. I help organization through strategic development and implementation of affirmative action plans (construction/non-construction),diversity plans, management training and coaching in EEO/Diversity, conflict management and work group facilitation, affirmative action and EEO training for managers.
I am a lawyer and past director of affirmative action programs for the City of Minneapolis. In that capacity I have drafted and implemented affirmative action and diversity plans. In that capacity, I have also testified in court as an expert regarding affirmative action plans.
My partner Darold Luze is a past director of compliance programs here in Minneapolis. His primary duties involved assisting federal government contractors develop affirmative action plans and implement them.
