Future of an organization would totally depend on its employees. If the organization has trained, dedicated, honest, motivated employees, it is very easy to run the organization towards its goals. Training is one important factor. If they are trained to face challenges, accept positive changes, face negative changes and take them as challenges, it would be easy to work with them. Employees are the biggest asset of any organization, but they cannot manage. They can think, talk and act. They must be directed to manage other resources like money, material, time etc.
Specially the employees in factory environment are required constant training.
Managers and executives in organizations are required quality training to successfully bridge the gap between senior management of the company and workers. If they do not know how to fill this gap, Their teams would fail and the organization would be affected.
The primary function of a managers is to make continuous improvement in their work place. If they do the required changes in the working environment for the subordinates get motivated to come and work more than 50% of their problems are solved.
My trainings are targeted towards that. Training the managers to work with subordinates, to understand what subordinates expect and what the employer expect and to motivate the subordinates to meet both expectations successfully.

Other than training, coaching people to understand their weaknesses and find ways to correct them. Sometimes, some weaknesses of senior manages could affect the entire organization.
