Conducting an initial interview to screen qualified applicants for endorsement to the HR Manager or other department head. ? Generate monthly report on SSS, Pag-ibig and PhilHealth for monitoring. ? Processes and filing of SSS and Pag-ibig loans. ? Processes employee benefit such as SSS Sickness and Maternity Benefit as well as insurance claims. ? Filling of employees documents (201 files) and other company documents. ? Time keeping of Head Office, Branches and Motorpool. ? Monitors employee leaves (Sick Leave, Vacation Leave, Bereavement Leave, Maternity and Paternity Leave). ? Processing PhilHealth requirements for Hospital CSF, MDR and Cert. of Contribution. ? Office supplies monitoring. ? Handling petty cash for department’s expenses. ? Payroll and Tax computation. ? Ensures that all circular memorandums are implemented at the office. ? Facilitates company gatherings (Christmas party and Outing). ? Monitors probationary employee’s evaluation every 6 months. ? Process employee’s papers upon resignation (Clearance, Checklist and Quitclaim). ? Provides computation of 13th month pay, Separation Pay and Last Pay. ? Knowledge on payroll process and computation. ? Well verse on statutory benefits and Labor Law. ? Answers branch employees concern about employment, benefits and any related matter. Preparing daily lesson plan. ? Checking exams, quizzes, activities and projects. ? Making sure that the students understand the lesson and given appropriate attention on their daily behavior. ? Advise both children and parents about the status or update on student’s progress. ? Checking of attendance and making sure that all children are in proper school uniform. ? Making daily teaching materials such as visual aids or PowerPoint presentation. ? Quarterly preparations of test questionnaires. ? Weekly preparations of quizzes and activities. ? Computation of grades every grading period. ? Giving corrective approach to children with difficult behavior. ? Counseling
