I am having experience in complete onboarding, employee grievances, salary inputs, employee engagement, preparation of reports and in exit formalities. I have experience in client facing as well as I have worked as an HR SPOC for the Colt Technologies so have prepared the reports for invoicing as well. I have also organized Rewards and Recognition in my organization. I have experience in ERP tool and Empxtrack portal.
