I am very dedicated to my work. I love what I do and I take it very serious so please know your business means a lot to me and I will strive to do the best job I can at all times. I am a quick learner and enjoy learning new ways to do new things. I am always up for a challenge. I possess a wide range of abilities I can assist you with from being a Team Leader, Office Management, Company Benefits, Financials and Billing, Payroll, to being a Human Resources Associate. My most recent job was for a well known company in our area that has 3 facilities all in different states close to 2,000 employees. I worked at the cooperate office as the HR Associate, plus was the Payroll Associate and handled parts of finance and invoicing. As you can see I like to stay busy. Multi taking does not effect me, I prefer the frequent change so avoid getting burned out. I just help install the brand new payroll system with the company which was an amazing learning opportunity. I am used to communicating with employees, upper management, and outside vendors / benefit providers. I am very motivated and dedicated and have always prided myself on my work ethics. I do whatever it takes to reach my deadlines with complete accuracy. My title is very important to a business and the employees, and know your business will be important to me. I am familiar with OSHA as well as federal and state labor laws and well educated on workplace safety and problem solving. I am extremely familiar with computers and other office equipment. Also highly experienced in all Microsoft Office Programs (word, excel, power point etc) as well as Kronos, Cort, Book keeping software, data entry, research and much more.I was working 6 days a week 50-60 hours so I have taken some time off to catch up on my family but now I am ready to get back to work so I am looking for work I can do from home to keep me busy and help financially while making life a little .
