I am honest, trustworthy, hardworking, output driven and eager to learn more. I have worked as a technical support representative for a year in Sykes Asia Inc. (Philippines) supporting customers about their HP handheld problems and AT&T subscription where I learned my customer service skills and phone etiquettes. Currently, I am teaching MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications to one of the institutions in the Philippines. I am also teaching Visual Basic and C++ programming to the same institution. I am teaching for almost 4 years. I want to work in an online job where I can use, share and enhance my knowledge and skills.
