The single-most extraordinary thing about me is my innate ability to immerse myself in any task and be nothing less than an absolute successf at it. Self-teaching is my way of life and has afforded me many life-enriching experiences I would have otherwise not had. For example... I worked full-time in an antique auto restoration shop. I was hired not knowing much of anything about vehicles except hot rods looked cool. In a relatively short amount of time I ended up becoming shop supervisor and right-hand to the owner. Within twelve months I was painting show quality and period correct cars, fabricating and welding my own fenders, and after teaching myself the ins and outs of a sewing machine - creating, from scratch, convertible tops and upholstery. Additionally, in the first car club season I had a car win both it's Jr & Sr Chevy Club award for quality and accuracy which is very seldom heard of. I like to think of myself as a professional chameleon. By implementing my professio
