• Take full ownership of managing all offered candidates post offer acceptance. • Manage the pre- onboarding process for all offered candidates including but not limited to preparing offer letters, assisting them with documentation, coordinating with IT to set up systems, administering background checks and supporting HR Advisors with weekly inductions to ensure a positive onboarding experience. • To be the point of contact for all candidate inquiries on background verification, onboarding, travel coordination, offer letters etc. • Ensure compliance for every step in the recruitment operations lifecycle. • To be the perfect host to all our candidates starting from a vibrant hello to a warm good bye for all onsite interviews. • Conduct compensation and benefits analyses for various roles • Assist with new hire onboarding (e.g. preparing necessary paperwork and scheduling trainings) • Work with TA Teams, business-facing HR, line managers, and HR Services to ensure new hire information is set up correctly. • Process candidates through the Applicant Tracking System (CMS) • Ensure all background verification documents and approvals related to any employee case is properly sealed and audit ready. • Work with recruiters to maintain the recruitment database and generate reports for the team to identify shortcomings and suggest process recommendations to achieve operational excellence. • Keep challenging the status quo by re-thinking, re-building and re-initiating processes that need improvements and make them more effective & efficient. • Other duties as assigned. • Involved in the end-to-end process of H-1B Cap 2019 for IBM employees. • Creating the record for the employee who are nominated for fresh Cap. • Verifying and processing applications for IBM employees who are eligible to travel from India to US in H-1B visa. • Involved in filing the LCA with the Department of Labor (DOL, I-Cert). • Updating the tool when the case is created and processed. • Coordinating and interacting with employees and their managers to resolve the issues in the applications as well as analyzing the root causes to avoid recurrence. • Supporting the H1B CAP team delivering a quality of the documents for submission of documents to USCIS. • Reviewing of the employee’s documents required for filing of H1B application through CAP. • Following up with the employee and managers for the approvals, for proceeding further on the application process. • Working together with GAT Team for up to date status. • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring passenger’s requirements are met. • Involved mainly in Check-in procedures like checking Passport, Visa validity, Check-in/Cabin baggage (Allowance), Ticket (Itinerary), Destination rules to follow (TIMatic Tool). • Well trained in Aircraft Door Allocation – Was responsible in ensuring On-time approval for Embarkation/Dis-Embarkation, On-time aircraft cleaning completion, involved in giving correct information to all the on
