Responsible for sourcing & recruitment for the Clinic Operations
Coordinates manpower requirements with the Requesting Department
Prepare recruitment materials and post job advertisements to different sourcing channels
Conducts initial interview and endorse qualified candidates
Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection are done in accordance with RCI policy
Validates and seek approval from the Chief of Clinics for all reliever requests
Prepares and ensures ODA are sent and signed on time
Monitor Clinic Relievers Attendance tracker
Maintain employee records in the crewing system.
Manage clinic and employee schedules.
Ensure that all open shifts are filled.
Source for clinic relievers (RNs and MDs).
Monitor compliance login of workers.
Generate shift fill arete reports.
Send a Timekeeping Report to Payroll every cutoff.
