• Ensure of all kinds of safety measures are applied like rigging job, wireline removes and renews of the crane, etc. • Implementing a safe system and procedures of the job at the workplace. • Conduct a safety presentation for new employees & visitors. • Ensure waste management control. • Ensure the equipment & materials are safe for use. • Identify the hazard and control. • Conduct daily toolbox meeting at the job site. • Implement lockout/ Tag out system • Ensure worker using Full Body Harness, when in involving height. • Monthly inspection Fire Extinguishers. • Make sure all workers using proper PPE. • Awareness Training for the workers in their local languages. • Keep a record of all injuries, property damage. • Inspection for all lifting equipment. • Safety Inspection of portable power tools & other machinery. • Daily basis make sure that the permit is on place and work has been going on as per specified in Permit. • Enforce worker to follow strictly Safety rules and regulations. • Daily basis checking the heavy equipment activities. • Safety conditions, General site safety, fire fighting equipment, Barricading, housekeeping • Always remember the company's policy, which is the target zero accident. • Daily inspection of Site. • Conduct fire mock drill training yearly basis. • Inspection of necessary work permits whenever to begin the job. • Follow permit to work system. • Inspection of Safety signboards and warning tape to avoid the accident. • Prepare a daily/monthly report.
