I have 20 years of experience as a human resource professional and have held positions as a Recruiter, Payroll/HR Coordinator and Business Partner. As an HR Business Partner, I had been responsible for influencing operational leaders with complex HR issues by coordinating, recommending and resolving employee relations issues. I provided day to day guidance and advice to line management (coaching, counseling, disciplinary actions, terminations, etc.) and conducting investigations in response to compliance calls and departmental issues. I have years of experience investigating and processing workers' compensation claims as the point of contact for the claimants, the physicians and the third-party administrator. I am knowledgeable in benefits packages, retirement options, employee compensation, as well as FMLA, LOA, etc. I am skilled in full cycle recruitment including posting to job boards/career sites, screening, interviewing, background checks, job offers, onboarding and conducting new employee orientation.
