Plan and implement Human Resources laws, policies and procedures to Mangers, existing and new employees. As a HR Specialist I have over 18 years of Recruiting and Placement/Compensation and Development & Training. Create and implement department Directives and Policies. Perform quarterly and annual employee performance reviews. Monitor performance of all staff and manage communication with team and assist employees to resolve issues according to the company policies. Advise companies on wide range of issues involving its workforce. Created efficient hiring systems and manage the recruitment and placement program and ensure compliance. As a Administrative Specialist I organize and maintain databases in a professional manner. Manage database by entering new and updated information. I manage all forms of communications to include emails and phone calls. Schedule appointments, meeting and reservations. Plan and Coordinate company and small events. Coordinate staff travel arrangements including transportation and accommodations. Maintain all customers information by keeping information confidential. Build trackers utilizing Excel and Access to track significant dates, work progress and in information on important projects.
