My name is Caroline Musili. I am a specialist in Human Resources management, employee relations and employment law. Advice, continuing support and guidance provided on all HR related issues as well as provision of documentation as appropriate to your needs. I can assist in recruitment programmes, write job descriptions, personnel specs and adverts as well as contracts of employment, policies and procedures and staff handbooks. I have extensive experience in a wide range of organisations from private industry, public sector, charities, social enterprise groups and broad consultancy work. I have a MA degree in Human Resource Management and I am a Chartered HR manager. My strengths include the ability to communicate with a wide range of people, excellent written skills, articulate and thorough. I can provide on-going support to organisations to handle complex issues such as disciplinary and grievance matters, absence issues, Transfers, contractual changes, change management and restructuring as well as help with recruitment campaigns. I can also provide all necessary documentation, contracts of employment, staff handbooks and a complete suite of policies and procedures. I have an unbiased approach when dealing with difficult issues and a good understanding of the issues faced by organisations, particularly SMEs and charity/social enterprise groups. Sound knowledge of employment law and HR practice. Work accepted on an hourly ad-hoc basis or on-going project work. HR outsourcing and retainer packages also available. Assistance can also be provided to individuals on an hourly basis. Other services include proofreading/editing of academic literature, articles for publication and books, articles and blog writing. I am home based in Nairobi area.
