 Coordination with upper management to strategically plan HR activities

Yearly Design the Salary Benchmark & Pay-scale design for the new opening positions
Handle the Medical Insurance includes, quotation comparison for insurance renew, active employee record up to date, addition & deletion of employee, employee claims reimbursement.
Develop compensation & benefits plan
Payroll management
Bank Account Opening Letters
Salary Slip
Salary Certificate
Prepare the employees income tax challan
Performance Evaluation using 360 methods
Coordinate with managers related to their performance feedback
Prepare discharge form
Facilitate the off-boarding process by conducting exit interviews to obtain feedback on the employee’s experience & Final settlement
Assist in Finance & Administration activities
Bank accounts maintain of entire staff
