? To understand the requirement of the company/client ? Screening and scheduling premium candidates (COO/VP/CEO) ? Implement & Facilitate leadership in HR management & development ? Ensure the aligned development of core co-workers at the national / regional level ? Implementation of global HR / OD policies & strategies ? Strong exposure in executing various HR policies and processes ? Understanding the positions & approving detailed job descriptions ? Recruitment, Training, Performance Appraisals, MIS Reports ? Assessment of training needs and arranging for training programs ? Address staff issues from their recruitment, orientation, training, performance evaluation and grievance redressal ? Provide leadership and coordination of company Human Resource functions. Develop and implement corporate Human Resource strategy and programs. ? Establish and implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures. ? Recommend and establish company policies and procedures. Serve on planning and policy-making committees. ? Evaluate procedures and technology solutions to improve human resources data management.
