A few of the hotel chains with whom I am working with are: In the Luxury Segment Four Seasons, Shangrila, Oberoi Group, Kezner Group, Langham Group, Starwood, Minor Hospitality Group, IHG etc; In the Mid Segment ITC – Fortune Brand, Orchid Group, Keys Group of Hotels, Best Western, Amari Hotels (Onyx Group) and all the Luxury Brands also have their own mid segment offerings. Worked with the Sun and Sand group for their projects in Bhiwadi and Hotel Project in Guayana, Assisted them with the Concept Development, Economic Feasibility, Technical Assistance, Pre-Opening Services and Management Assistance of their projects in Guyana and Bhiwadi. Assisted the developer with an Operator search for the proposed Hotel development planned as a part of the entire project plan. Engaged in sourcing JV Partners for a developer group for setting up of their Resort in Gurgaon and Serviced apartment project in Delhi. Currently setting up a 150 Bedded Health Care Centre in Gurgaon.
