1. Resolve issues when client’s personnel policy and implement change procedure 2. Provide consultative presentations to clients to inform them of employment laws and pre-implementation guidance for the roll out of Human Resource processes 3. Review and implement relevant employee laws as pertains to local or state legislation 4. Meet with senior executives for the review their employee handbook and provide guidance on relevant issue and laws 5. Provide guidance as pertains to FLSA, ADA, EEOC and FMLA 6.
