I have experience of recruitment, creating policies and procedures, employee handbooks, career development plans as well as designing and developing training and development. I have also been involved in organisational design, given advice on restructuring and cultural change. I have experience of TUPE and mobilisation and have intensive knowledge of employment law. I have been involved in the administrative side of HR too, for example putting together contracts and offer letters, advertising, and updating HR policies. I have also been involved in absence management of employees and putting together customer service and communication training, as well as presentation skills training. I have designed and delivered training on time management, leadership skills and sales training as well as getting involved in putting together company strategy as well as coaching and developing managers on commercial awareness as well as finance for business. I have also been heavily involved in succession planning of teams and helped with improving teamwork through development.
