I have an extensive background in Human Resources, office management, and customer service. I am currently a book keeper for two small companies and would like to do more. My background is as a Human Resources Consultant and as a Recruiter. I have experience working with employee relations issues, distributing compensation (bonus, stock, salary increases) on a large scale, providing employee and management training, and providing support for management teams and client groups. I also have worked as a Finance Manager managing the office budget of a small PR firm. In addition I have extensive experience managing employee utilization for consulting projects (in the PR and Finance Industry). Currently I am managing all bookkeeping aspects for two small companies, as well as preparing for the end of the year taxes, and providing general office support. I am happy to do any office work needed. I am excellent with excel spreadsheets, preparing letters and official documents, editing contracts. I am very willing and ready to work!
