I have extensive experience in all areas of HR including employee relations, payroll management, organizational development, compliance, compensation, and recruiting. I am a senior certified HR professional (SHRM-SCP) and have been working across all areas of HR for 7+ years. I have led HR departments for private and public organizations that ranged from 5 to 25K+ employees at all life cycles of growth. In addition, I have recently graduated with my doctorate in Organizational Psychology with a focus on the relationship between organizational culture and perceived organizational support.
